We have assisted many of our clients in the preparation and development of their real estate business plans for either their current property portfolio or properties they may wish to acquire.  This advice is provided to ensure that the real estate development takes into consideration criteria such as the macro-environment and market conditions; market supply and demand; the best use of the site; the best floor area ratio that may be obtained from the Governmental authorities; absorption rates; purchasers current appetite for amenities, finishes, fixtures and fittings; and last but by no means least, the price-points of the product, and whether it makes sense to develop the real estate to provide a sound rate of return on the investment.
